I am a Norwegian guy, born in 1981, currently living in Sweden.
For a while I was very bored with the deep swedish woods, and wanted to move
to Oslo in Norway, but I have since come to enjoy the tranquility this little
town has in endless supply.
At night I am a hobby software author in Delsbo, Sweden
During the day I work for TPTech in Ljusdal, Sweden.
For more information about my software, see the Perl
Stuff and ESL sections.

I have very little in the way of formal schooling, but I learn fast, and I
have picked up pretty good Perl on my own, and feel
pretty confident using many flavours of
Linux.
I also enjoy a good discussion or debate, and I have a silver tongue. While
I try not to use it for The Dark Side, I have manipulative tendencies, and
will not readily accept defeat in a verbal duel.
About my nickname, "Demonen", I would like to point out that I am
not actually a creature from hell. While "Demonen" means "The
Demon" in Norwegian, I am sure you have the mental resouces needed to
see that this is a nickname, and not a description of my eternal soul.
The nickname comes from my taste in music, which is everything from Galam
Rock to Proper Norwegian Black Metal.
To get an idea of the span, listen to "Rock and roll all night" by
Kiss, and then "Mountains of Might" by Immortal, followed by
"Barracuda" by Heart.
If anyone shows half in intrest in what music I like, I'll stuff more about
it in the Random section. You have been warned.
Previous nicknames include autrocities such as "Domin8or" and
"Mortality", so in the greater scheme of things,
"Demonen" isn't so bad."
It's also the first nickname that I've been given by someone else that
stuck.
Short forms, such as "Dem" or "Demmy" are fine by me.
